Loan Case Activation/Disbursement

Loan documents certification is mostly required before the activation and final disbursement process of a sanctioned loan case in Finance Business.

Over a sanctioned loan case page, you provide the documents verification report with listing of submitted documents by customer under ‘Verification’ tab. After a final assessment and fixing loan terms i.e. emi due date, bounce charges, repayment mode etc. by Credit Manager for this case,  you need to enter required information of submitted documents for Invoice, Vehicle, Insurance, Guarantor/Co-applicant etc. to complete the documentation part.

Invoice date is automatically assigned to Loan case start date after entering invoice data. You can keep different date for Loan case start date from the invoice date if you wish in the system.

‘Approve’ button will be visible only after submitting the report of documents verification. With double check of loan terms for sanctioned case, RiseMoney removes the possibility of errors by user before automatic disbursement.

Post Dated Cheques or ECS information is entered after loan case activation. We can enter the Guarantor/Co-applicant, Insurance information after activation of case also.

Only authorized user can perform the activation process by clicking over  ‘Approve’ button for assigning ‘Automatic Case Number‘. The case is identified now as an ‘Active’ case in RiseMoney.
